DASTAVEZ is intended to help users understand service categories and submit enquiries relating to documentation, legal support coordination, property, tax, compliance, government services and field assistance. A submitted enquiry is not a promise that the service is available or will be accepted.

Website content and any automated assistant provide general information only. They do not create a professional-client relationship and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate, chartered accountant or other appropriately qualified professional. Do not rely on automated output as a final assessment of your matter. No outcome, filing acceptance, deadline or result is guaranteed.

3. Professional services

Where a matter requires a regulated professional, that work must be performed by an appropriately qualified and authorised person under applicable law and professional rules. Field assistance is limited to permitted coordination, document pickup or delivery, and administrative errands; it is not legal representation or advocacy. Before paid work starts, the proposed scope, provider, charges, timeline, cancellation and refund terms should be communicated clearly. Do not pay in response to an unverified message or to an account that has not been confirmed through an official channel.
